16 lbs gourmet, 100% grassfed and grass-finished beef- selections include premium steaks (T-bones, ribeye & tenderloin), standard cuts (stew meat, short ribs, soup bones), roasts and about 30 lbs ground beef

16 lbs pasture-raised pork- selections include hams, chops, ground pork, bacon, country ribs & roasts

2 natural, free-range chickens- approx 3-4 lbs each

16 dozen eggs

Each delivery (every other week) includes:

  • approx. 2 lbs beef

  • approx. 2 lbs pork

  • Chicken on available weeks

  • 1 dz eggs

  • recipes & serving suggestions (delivered via email)

Explanation of Cuts in Membership Assortments:

Premium steaks- T-bone, tenderloin, rib steaks
Ground beef- extra lean (90%)
Standard cuts- stew meat, short ribs, round steak, cube steak, soup bones
Special cuts- Flank steak, flat iron steak, brisket
Roasts- chuck, rump, and English or Eye of Round roasts

FRESH hams (self-curing allows hams to be cured hams without nitrates)
Pork Chops
Ground Pork
Ribs- short ribs and/or spare ribs
Roasts- loin and other roasts
Bacon- oh, yeah
